Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full billing details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and plan tier.
Usage and Analytics Data
We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, and IP address. This data helps us improve the service and diagnose issues.
Publicly Available Data
Our platform analyzes publicly available app reviews from the Apple App Store, public Reddit posts, and public Twitter/X posts. This data is collected from public sources and does not include private or personally identifiable user information.

- Service delivery: To provide, maintain, and operate the Unbuilt platform
- Opportunity analysis: To generate market intelligence, opportunity scores, and trend reports from public data sources

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
