Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unbuilt, operated by The Concept 99 Group ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at what2buildnext.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Unbuilt is an opportunity intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available data — including Apple App Store reviews, Reddit posts, and Twitter/X posts — to surface feature gaps, score market opportunities, and generate actionable reports for builders and product teams.

2. Account Registration

Some features require an account. By creating an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will keep your login credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Free Dashboard Access

The public dashboard is available without an account and at no cost. Free access is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid subscription plans are available at the following tiers:

  • Starter: $19/month — 5 categories, US region, daily refresh, CSV exports, weekly email digest
  • Growth: $49/month — 10 categories, US + CA, daily refresh, App Store + Reddit + Twitter/X, CSV exports, daily email digest, 60 days history
  • Pro: $99/month — All 20 categories, 7 countries, daily refresh, CSV exports, daily email digest, 90 days history
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing — Contact us for global coverage, custom data providers, and dedicated support

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data, reports, or analysis
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal browser usage, unless authorized via our API
  • Misrepresent Unbuilt-generated insights as your own proprietary research when reselling to third parties

6. Intellectual Property

Our property: The Unbuilt platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and generated reports, is owned by The Concept 99 Group. All rights reserved.

Your property: You retain ownership of your account data and any content you upload or create within the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Public data: Insights are derived from publicly available third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of the underlying public data.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Unbuilt provides market intelligence derived from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any insight, opportunity score, market size estimate, or recommendation is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular business decision. All data and analysis are provided for informational purposes only. You should independently verify any information before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Concept 99 Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data derived from your usage.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
